Spargel time is enjoyment time! Some tenants from our assisted living facility Senftenberg retirement home During an outing to Dollenchen, visitors savoured fresh asparagus at the Gasthaus Stuckatz. The asparagus was served with potatoes, tongue and lemon butter sauce – a combination that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. A strawberry ice cream sundae with cream provided the perfect sweet ending to the delicious meal.
„The asparagus was tender as butter and tasted excellent,“ reports Yvonne Prinz from reception. For many of our tenants, the outing was therefore not only a culinary highlight, but simply a thoroughly successful day thanks to the lively conversations and convivial get-together.
