In recent years, ProCurand has realised several new-build projects for age-appropriate serviced living, including the Nordend Residence in Eberswalde, the Am Hallorenring Residence in Halle (Saale) and Wriezener Strasse I and II in Strausberg. All of the complexes offer low-barrier flats, integrated care services and attractive communal areas for senior citizens. Residenz Nordend new-build project in Eberswalde 2024-2025
ProCurand's Nordend residence with age-appropriate serviced flats for senior citizens was built in Eberswalde between 2024 and 2025. 94 modern flats were built in a green urban location. The complex includes an office for the outpatient care service, a day care centre, a residential community, a restaurant and a spacious garden area. All flats are barrier-free and suitable for senior citizens, including fitted kitchens, modern bathrooms and balconies or terraces. A concierge and 24-hour emergency call service ensure security and comfort. Attractive communal areas, the restaurant and a varied cultural programme invite tenants to linger and socialise.
With Residenz Nordend, ProCurand is underlining its expertise in the successful realisation of modern serviced residential complexes for the growing senior citizens' market.
New building project Residenz Am Hallorenring in Halle 2023-2024
ProCurand realised the new-build project Residenz Am Hallorenring in Halle (Saale) from 2023 to 2024. An energy-efficient residential complex to KfW 55 standard with 95 comfortable and accessible serviced flats for senior citizens was built in a central location. The complex was ready for occupancy in February 2024. Residenz Am Hallorenring offers 1- and 2-room flats with balconies. All units are equipped for senior citizens with fitted kitchens, barrier-free bathrooms and integrated smart home functions. A 24-hour emergency call is also part of the concept. The residence also houses a day care centre and an outpatient care service, offering tenants additional security and comfort. The tenants have already formed a lively and stable house community.
The project demonstrates economically viable and future-proof construction and living concepts from ProCurand.
New construction project Wriezener Strasse I and II 2018-2023
In Strausberg, ProCurand realised the Wriezener Strasse I and II new-build project in two construction phases between 2018 and 2023 and created age-appropriate serviced flats for senior citizens. Two residential buildings with 76 rental flats were completed in 2018. This was followed in April 2022 by the addition of two further buildings with 29 additional 1- to 2-room flats, which have been ready for occupancy since June 2023. All flats have a balcony or terrace, fitted kitchen, barrier-free bathroom and integrated smart home functions. The complex also houses a day care centre and an outpatient care service. The flats measure 49 to 57 m², and the extension has created 1,400 m² of additional rental space. The tenants from the existing and extension buildings have grown together to form a harmonious and active community.
