Learn More About Working at ProCurand
The video "More Knowledge About Working at ProCurand" provides insights into the process from application in the home country (here Thailand) to recognition as a nurse in Germany. It shows how competently and with how much passion our teams accompany and support the international applicants. The filming took place at the Wilhelm-Stift senior residence, in inpatient care and social support. In the facility's assisted living apartments, we visited a delightful resident couple and accompanied Tiprawee Waii Theis and Arnes Jasarevic from the ProCurand International Recruiting Team to a shared apartment where some international colleagues were housed. Filming also took place at the ProCurand headquarters.
Have fun watching!

We would love to get to know you!
It’s important to us to get to know every applicant personally first. We want to understand your motivation for moving to Germany, your expectations for the right job, and your vision of a supportive work environment. Our recruiters conduct the job interviews with you in German. Don’t worry—if there are language barriers, our International Recruiting Team can also speak with you in English. Of course, we always lay our cards on the table. We are interested in a long-term and successful collaboration. We won’t promise anything we can’t keep. Only if we truly fit together will everyone benefit!
Your future favorite colleagues are excited to meet you!
During the initial getting-to-know-you phase, your assigned ProCurand location takes care of your onboarding and guides you through the specifics of caregiving in Germany. But don’t worry - our International Recruiting Team continues to support you, even if challenges arise. While you work as a nursing assistant, our Campus Team helps you improve your German skills through the B2 TELC Nursing language course, specially designed for caregivers and conveniently offered at our in-house campus. Afterwards, we prepare you in a training course for official recognition as a professional nurse.
