More knowledge about working at ProCurand
The video „More knowledge about working at ProCurand“ provides insights into the process from the application in the home country (here Thailand) to recognition as a carer in Germany. It shows how competently and with how much passion our teams accompany and support international applicants. The filming took place at the Wilhelm-Stift senior citizens' residence in the inpatient care and social care departments. We visited a delightful resident couple in the facility's service apartment and accompanied Tiprawee Waii Theis and Arnes Jasarevic from the ProCurand International Recruiting team to a shared apartment where some international colleagues were staying. They also filmed at the ProCurand headquarters.
Have fun watching!

We would like to get to know you!
It is important to us to get to know all applicants in a personal interview first. We are interested in your motivation to move to Germany. We are interested in your ideas about a suitable job and a harmonious working environment. Our recruiters will conduct the job interviews with you in German. Don't worry: if there are language barriers, our International Recruiting team will also speak to you in English. It goes without saying that we lay our cards on the table honestly. Because we are interested in a long-term and successful co-operation. We won't promise you anything that we can't keep later. Only if we really fit together will everyone benefit!
Your future favourite colleagues are looking forward to meeting you!
During the familiarisation phase, the respective ProCurand location will take over your support and familiarisation with the special features of care in Germany. But don't worry: the International Recruiting team will continue to support you. Even if there is a hitch somewhere. While you are working as a care assistant, our Campus team will help you: in the B2 TELC Care language course, which is specially designed for the care sector, you will improve your German language skills at our in-house campus. We will then prepare you for recognition as a nursing assistant in a preparatory course.
