ProCurand in Eberswalde: The Nordend residence in Eberswalde offers outpatient care, assisted living, day care and a shared flat. Ambulante Pflege Eberswalde supports tenants in serviced living and clients in the neighbourhood of the residence. In serviced living, tenants live independently in 94 modern, barrier-free flats and receive support in everyday life if necessary. At the Eberswalde day care centre, the 20 day guests experience community and social contact. In the residential community Residenz Nordend, 12 residents largely organise their everyday lives themselves, supported by our team. The Nordend residence is in a quiet location, but is well connected to the centre of Eberswalde.
