Your zest for life is always our top priority. The aim of our work is to maintain your independence and provide you with security. Whenever possible, we adapt to your wishes and needs. It is equally important to us to noticeably relieve the burden on family caregivers. Our offices and consultation rooms are located in the Residenz Nordend in Eberswalde. A focus of our work is therefore the competent care of the tenants of our serviced apartments. We are available for you 24 hours a day throughout Eberswalde and support clients and their relatives with advice and practical help. We are here for you – so that you can live safely and self-determinedly, even in difficult times!
