The nursing profession is at the centre of health policy attention. Well-qualified, professionally skilled and personally motivated employees in all positions within a care company are the decisive factor for the success of an organisation in this sector. In addition to creating attractive working conditions, strategic personnel development is also becoming increasingly important.
The ProCurand Campus was founded in August 2019 under the umbrella of the ProCurand Group and has been recognised as a non-profit organisation since December 2019. It is a certified service provider for education and personnel development. As a training provider, it is certified in accordance with AZAV, approved as a telc examination centre and the training and further education courses are recognised by the Registrierung beruflich Pflegender®.
The range of services covers all topics relating to education, further education and training as well as counselling and training. In addition to managers and employees in the care sector, the target group also includes all related professional groups and supporting service providers within the care sector. Special attention is also paid to trainees and international nursing staff.
2. values
All ProCurand Campus services are designed to further develop and strengthen participants' professional and personal skills and thus their employability. This is based on adult education concepts and didactic methods. In order to fulfil this requirement, we offer employees and lecturers/teachers the opportunity to take advantage of a further education and training programme.

3. self-image
All the services offered by the ProCurand Campus are demand- and needs-orientated and are constantly evaluated and adapted where necessary.
- Customer orientation
We communicate with our participants as equals and take their prior knowledge and experience into account. The professional and personal development of our participants and their satisfaction are our goals. The compatibility of family and career also plays a major role here. In a highly female-dominated field of work with a high proportion of part-time employment, we take the individual needs of our participants into consideration. The aim is to enable equality for all genders in terms of their professional development.
- Focus on results and goals
We know that many paths can lead to the same goal, which is why we also look at unusual solution ideas. Innovation requires creativity and everyone has different problem-solving strategies. The ultimate goal is to achieve the highest quality, which we consistently pursue. To achieve this, we operationalise annual targets that are relevant to the care sector and the labour market. The targets are monitored and controlled using key figures. Corrective measures can be implemented promptly through continuous evaluation of the offer and serve to increase the level of target achievement.
- Training and labour market orientation
We are guided by the current state of the labour market and tailor our services accordingly. Current and systematic analyses of the customer-relevant training and labour market help us to do this, the results of which are incorporated into the Campus's requirements planning.
With the entry into force of the Nursing Professions Act, relationships with the campus's cooperation partners, in particular the schools for healthcare and nursing professions, have intensified. The curriculum of the further training programme for practical instructors in nursing was redesigned in 2020 and adapted to the current legal framework.
- Continuous evaluation
All measures at the ProCurand Campus are subject to constant evaluation and review with regard to their relevance to the labour market. We monitor the development, integration and learning processes and record participant attendance and drop-out rates within the courses. All measures are subject to quality analyses based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. The recording of figures on integration into the training and/or labour market are also part of the evaluation. All evaluation results are incorporated into the conceptualisation and development of measures at the ProCurand Campus.
- Networking
The ProCurand Campus endeavours to achieve all objectives with the involvement of competent cooperation partners where necessary. These include lecturers/teachers in the area of all training and further education measures, employment agencies and job centres for questions and analyses relating to training and labour market orientation and internal colleagues for all supporting processes relating to the smooth running of the ProCurand Campus. - Lifelong learning
We want to inspire our participants for lifelong learning and are constantly developing new event formats that bring fun and learning together. We take into account the diversity of the participants and the changing framework conditions of the educational landscape.
4. resources
The ProCurand Campus has an interprofessional team of staff and lecturers/teachers with various competences required for the education sector to be successful. We have well-equipped training rooms at several locations and work with innovative didactic methods from the field of adult education. The Campus team is a role model in terms of lifelong learning and undergoes continuous further training.
We work with various cooperation partners regionally and throughout Germany so that we can recognise innovations, changes and trends and implement them dynamically.
5th mission
We are a competent, innovative and goal-orientated partner in the field of further education and training, operating with an eye to the future and changing legal, political and social conditions. An interdisciplinary team of employees endeavours to make the ProCurand Campus attractive and of the highest quality, to develop it further and to take into account the interests of all partners involved. To achieve this, we use creative methods and are open to new solutions. The ProCurand Campus team is characterised by commitment and a high level of self-motivation.
The top management of the ProCurand Group is committed to the realisation of the quality management system and the continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
