Within the ProCurand Group, we are responsible for managing and coordinating the entire area of nursing training and are the main point of contact for all trainees:
- Recruitment of trainees, taking into account the needs of the ProCurand locations
- Applicant management and recruitment processes in the area of training
- Establishing collaborations with partners in practical and theoretical training
- Creation of individual training plans
- Ensuring and implementing practical guidance
- Implementation and monitoring of the realisation of legal reforms
- Financing the training
- Applying for funding
- Organisation of events for trainees
