Since 2023, the shareholders Heidrun and Dr. Axel Theis, together with the managing directors Judith Bögelsack, Tanja Monski, and Eileen Philipp, have jointly led the ProCurand Group, founded in 1999, to meet the growing demands of our industry. Partnership and open communication are just as important to management as focusing on our mission: we create living environments for all care and support needs for our clients, and we provide a professional home for our teams!
Judith Bögelsack
Management
Judith Bögelsack, Managing Director and with the company since 2021, oversees the Service Living division, which comprises around 1,000 apartments across many ProCurand locations. She is also responsible for Facility Management and Expansion, as well as current and future new construction projects for ProCurand, including at the Halle/Saale (Saxony-Anhalt) and Eberswalde (Brandenburg) sites.
Tanja Monski, Managing Director and with the company since 2019, is primarily responsible for the operation of ProCurand’s 19 residential care facilities, offering 1,450 long-term care places. She leads the Residential Care Department, which, as a staff unit, is responsible for quality assurance as well as the market-oriented and economically sustainable development of the care facilities. She is also Managing Director of ProCurand Campus gGmbH, a certified educational provider, which she has overseen since its founding in 2019. ProCurand Campus implements the group’s needs-based requirements for staff training and development.

Management
Eileen Philipp, member of the management team and with ProCurand since 2004, is responsible with her teams for the company’s central support functions, including human resources and national recruiting, marketing, procurement, kitchens, cleaning, fleet management, and data protection. She sees her role—and that of her departments—primarily as a service provider within the group. Her goal is always to provide operational colleagues with the resources they need so they can focus on what matters most: taking responsibility for our clients and teams.
Dr. Axel Theis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and shareholder since May 2023, is responsible for controlling and finance across the entire ProCurand Group.
