Since 2023, the shareholders Heidrun and Dr Axel Theis, together with the managing directors Judith Bögelsack, Tanja Monski and Eileen Philipp, have shared the management of the ProCurand Group, which was founded in 1999, in order to meet the growing demands of our industry. Partnership and communication at eye level are just as important to the management as the focus on our mission: we create living environments for all care and support needs for our customers and offer our teams a company home!
Judith Bögelsack
Management
Judith Bögelsack, Managing Director and with the company since 2021, heads the Service Living division with around 1,000 flats at many ProCurand locations. She is also responsible for facility management and expansion and is in charge of ProCurand's current and future new construction projects, including at the Halle/Saale (Saxony-Anhalt) and Eberswalde (Brandenburg) sites.
Tanja Monski, Managing Director and with the company since 2019, is primarily responsible for the operation of ProCurand's 19 facilities with 1,450 long-term inpatient care places. She heads the specialist department for inpatient care, which, as a staff unit, is responsible for quality assurance and the market-driven and economic development of the care facilities, among other things. She is also Managing Director of ProCurand Campus gGmbH, a certified training provider for which she has been responsible since it was founded in 2019. The ProCurand Campus implements the needs-orientated requirements for qualification and personnel development for the ProCurand Group.

Eileen Philipp
Management
Eileen Philipp, member of the Management Board and with ProCurand since 2004, and her teams are responsible for the central support areas within ProCurand, from personnel management and national recruiting to marketing, purchasing, kitchens, cleaning, the vehicle fleet and data protection. She sees her role and that of her specialist departments primarily as a service provider within the Group. The aim is always to create resources for our operational colleagues so that they can concentrate on the essentials - responsibility for our customers and teams.
Dr Axel Theis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and shareholder since May 2023, is responsible for controlling and finance for the entire ProCurand Group.
