Recently celebrated the Bölschestraße senior citizens' residence Their annual festival with the motto „Living together. Being there for each other.“ The atmosphere was already jubilant in the morning. The team, residents, tenants, relatives, and guests from the neighbourhood came together. The facility manager, Stefanie Böhnke, solemnly opened the event together with CDU Member of Parliament Maik Penn and District Councillor Marco Brauchmann. In their speeches, they emphasised that our facility is a place of meeting, togetherness, and joy of life.
Then the music started: Lovely Soul, Estuardo Hernandez, and Kiril Janev, all of whom have visited Bölschestraße many times, ensured a lively atmosphere. The guests enjoyed the music, many sang along, tapping their feet. Some danced. Everyone clearly had a good time. Later, Remmi von Demmi got those present onto the dance floor.
„Butler“ Mattes from the neighbourhood delighted the revellers. He served with heart and charm, joked with the guests and gallantly fulfilled small culinary requests. "We were particularly pleased to welcome the tenants from our Am Heuweg location. They are just as much a part of it. Many made new contacts with the tenants from Bölschestraße and exchanged ideas," says Stefanie Böhnke. Numerous Friedrichshagen network partners from the immediate and wider vicinity of our facility also attended the annual celebration. These included the Malteser, the Friedrichshagen hospice service, the VfJ workshops, the Friedrichshagen playhouse, the Georg-Kling-Schule and many others. The wonderful celebration once again showed that a real community is lived in Bölschestraße, thanks for that, dear colleagues!
