Cooperation agreement [for] daycare Eberswalde with Kita Kinderparadies

At a multicultural summer party at the Kita Kinderparadies nursery, the ProCurand team was also present. Residence Nordend represented with an information stand. Some children, who already knew the colleagues from the daycare centre from mutual visits, eagerly helped set up the stand. The facility manager Annemarie Senzel and the head of nursing Nicole Vormum with her team spoke with many parents and handed out numerous information folders. For the younger guests, the lucky dip wheel was of course the highlight at the stand; some kept spinning the wheel and were delighted with the fruity prizes.

A key item on the agenda was the signing of the cooperation agreement with the town of Eberswalde, which officially sealed the cooperation between the nursery and daycare centre that has been in place since the beginning of the year. Bernd Schlüter, Head of Social Affairs, Public Order and Culture, signed on behalf of the town. He emphasised the importance of intergenerational encounters and mutual learning. Nursery manager Ute Marten also spoke positively about the collaboration and the regular visits of the children to the daycare centre. As the nursery and daycare centre are only about 500 metres apart, joint activities can be easily implemented. Many joint activities are already confirmed for the second half of the year. A sports festival and craft and baking afternoons for young and old are planned, among other things. Great! We will report!
