The residents*Inside and tenantwithin ProCurand Senftenberg retirement home celebrated the arrival of May together. They spent a varied afternoon in a cheerful atmosphere. The advocaat cake, which many had been looking forward to since the extravagant Easter celebration, caused great delight. Delicious! The team also served a homemade May punch, which rounded off the cosy get-together gastronomically.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was the performance by the facility's choir, which enthralled everyone and invited them to sing along. Another highlight was a performance by three residents from the care department, who recited a poem with great joy. They rightly received a big round of applause for it! Everyone was delighted that our head of establishment, Yvonne Skowronek, finally rejoined a joint celebration after a long absence.""It was a thoroughly successful celebration with many warm encounters and lively conversations. I would like to thank everyone involved from the team for organising and looking after the event, as well as the choir and the residents," says facility manager Yvonne Skowronek.
