Do you have a new construction project or a property suitable for our serviced living communities? Ideal properties meet the following criteria:
- Spaces for a day-residential care facility with approximately 20 places (around 360 m²)
- Office space for a home care service (approx. 100 m²)
- 40–120 serviced apartments (1–2 rooms, 45–60 m²)
- 1–2 residential groups for people with dementia (approx. 550 m² each)
- 5–10 staff apartments (1 room, approx. 25 m²)
- Communal and ancillary areas
