Expansion of home care and partial residential care services

ProCurand is strategically expanding its home care and day-residential care services to enable seniors to live independently with professional support. Our focus is on modern living and care concepts that combine accessible apartments with flexible services. For new projects, we are continuously looking for suitable properties that meet the following criteria:

  • Prime city locations, e.g., Berlin, Cottbus, Halle (Saale), Magdeburg, Potsdam
  • Good public transport connections
  • Excellent infrastructure for seniors (doctors, pharmacies, shops nearby

ProCurand is looking for properties

Do you have a new construction project or a property suitable for our serviced living communities? Ideal properties meet the following criteria:

  • Spaces for a day-residential care facility with approximately 20 places (around 360 m²)
  • Office space for a home care service (approx. 100 m²)
  • 40–120 serviced apartments (1–2 rooms, 45–60 m²)
  • 1–2 residential groups for people with dementia (approx. 550 m² each)
  • 5–10 staff apartments (1 room, approx. 25 m²)
  • Communal and ancillary areas
