In the ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Hufeisensee Herrentag was celebrated heartily and with great merriment. There were 'Fettbemmchen' (a slice of bread thickly spread with lard) with gherkins, accompanied by a cool alcohol-free beer and recorded mood music. Anyone who wished could lively shake a leg with our ladies from the everyday support team!
Some made new contacts and exchanged ideas, including about "Herrentage" (men's days) from earlier times. "It was a cheerful morning and a welcome change for the men at the facility, great!" reports facility manager Ute Knauth.
