In the Service Apartments Wriezener Straße in Strausberg A health day for tenants recently took place. The day began with a session of stretching exercises and small brain teasers for body and mind. Afterwards, relaxation was the focus. The team from Altstadt Physiotherapie Strausberg offered neck massages. A member of staff provided support with face masks. The Strausberg city pharmacy was also on site and took blood pressure readings upon request.
For a pick-me-up break, Mandy Hegert, Head of Nursing at Ambulant Pflege Strausberg, and Melina Dorn from the administration prepared smoothies. „The Health Day was very well received by the seniors,“ reports Stefanie Duspiva.
