Mathilde, a client of ProCurand Outpatient care Wannsee, recently celebrated her incredible 105th birthday! The sprightly centenarian was delighted to receive heartfelt congratulations and a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Deputy Nursing Manager Christin Teichmüller. The Ambulant Team Wannsee visits the sprightly over-hundred-year-old once a week, arranges her pill box, and goes shopping with her. Mathilde doesn't need any more help! „She doesn't need a shopping list; she has it in her head. Her body, her hearing, her eyes – everything runs like clockwork for her," says Christin Teichmüller. The birthday girl swears by a healthy lifestyle, which her parents modelled and always strictly adhered to, and Mathilde continued this in her own family. Her recipe for "eternal youth": Quark with linseed oil, little meat, little sugar, no nicotine, and moderate alcohol. It's worth a try!
