Many were enthusiastic about the colourful dyes and marvelled at how easy the dyeing had become – in contrast to their childhood days! In the Senftenberg facility, delicious quark bunnies were also cut out and baked. "Quark bunnies are a pastry made from quark-oil dough, which is very soft and fluffy," raves head of the facility Yvonne Skowronek, "a colleague from the support team had the idea and then implemented it." The quark bunnies were baked on Easter Sunday and distributed with the afternoon coffee. Residents and visitors enjoyed the bunnies, fantastic!
