On 20.01.24, future tenants and interested parties were able to visit the ProCurand Residence on Hallorenring for the first time. We were given a tour of the residence, the spacious cafeteria and the bright, friendly rooms of the day care centre. Only the furniture was not yet complete everywhere.
Several serviced flats with a choice of layouts (1- to 3-room flats with 34 to 66 square metres of living space) were also on display. The visitors were impressed by the modern, barrier-free living spaces. The colour concept, including dark sockets and door frames on a light background, and the generous provision of sockets were also well received.
The Residenz Am Hallorenring team patiently demonstrated and explained the numerous smart home functions in the flats, for example the 24-hour emergency call function, the automatic cooker switch-off when leaving the serviced flat, etc. This was also very well received.
Despite the glorious winter weather, more than 70 interested parties came to the first viewing day, many of whom had pre-booked, but the majority spontaneously. „We hadn't expected such a rush, but we were delighted with the great interest. The whole team from Service Living and the care service manager and her deputy from ProCurand's outpatient care service gave me and Mrs Neumann plenty of support and answered all our questions. Two interested parties decided on the spot, most of them need a little more time, which we understand of course,“ says Melanie End, Residence Manager.
There were also some tenants with relatives who came to view their own flat for the first time or to measure it again. The building technician helped them with this. Everyone is looking forward to moving in soon. The first tenants will move in on 15 February 2024.
The second viewing appointment takes place on Saturday, 3 February 2024 from 10-15 amr instead. Then the furnishing of the ground floor will be completed.
