On Shrove Monday and Shrove Tuesday, all of the residential areas of the ProCurand Senior Citizens' Centre Am Herzogschloss high and mighty. Many of the residents had dressed up and those who couldn't do it on their own were given a carnival hat by the team. The social care team had also dressed up, with colleagues dressing up as cats, Pipi Longstocking, a fine lady and an Indian. The residents enjoyed themselves with punch, doughnuts, chocolate kisses and snacks. They danced and swayed to pop songs and carnival music and funny carnival speeches were given. There was an exuberant atmosphere when „Gstanzel“ were sung, which are funny mocking songs in Bavarian dialect, great!
