"Even more together - for the benefit of the people entrusted to us" - This was the motto of a one-day workshop for our executives from the Senior Citizens' Centre Am Herzogschloss in Sulzbach-Rosenberg. "We had a lively exchange about our communication structures that day and we "practised" communication," explains nursing service manager Silvia Schmarander. The management team decided to break new ground and introduce new structures or expand existing ones. They also agreed on a timetable for when what would be implemented. Exemplary, dear colleagues! In the evening, the entire team of the facility dined together. The food was delicious, the conversations were lively, and the mood was jubilant, wonderful!
