The ProCurand team Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee This Easter, there was truly something on offer for everyone: the Easter bonfire in the park and the spring barbecue on Good Friday are both Strausberg traditions! There were delicious lamb sausages with honey mustard and grilled salmon fillet with herb butter. Both were well received by the residents. "Our Club of 100-Year-Olds took the opportunity and met up cozily at the Easter bonfire. The ladies toasted with a glass of Sekt and, with a wink, aimed for 101," recounts Karla Plieth, Head of Social Support, who co-founded the club. On Easter Sunday, with bright sunshine, the Easter Bunny was caught in the garden, and he had something sweet for everyone. The walk through the park, together with the Easter Bunny, was also a lovely experience. On Easter Monday, there was live music with the Alex Band, and there was lively dancing and swaying in the restaurant. It could be Easter more often, with such a fantastic programme!
