Successfully recruiting future nursing talent: the team from ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Görnsee with a stand on the Lehnin school campus at an apprentice fair. They patiently answered all questions from the numerous students who attended about training to be a nursing professional (m/f/d) or about an internship. "There were four of us, Head of Nursing Service David Skudlarek, Percy Assmann and I, and since we couldn't bring anyone from nursing due to illness, Louisa Nachtigall, Cleaning Team Lead, had to step in. We had really great conversations, many interested students at the stand. Now we hope something comes of it," reports Facility Manager Juliane Rogazewski. Uwe Brückner, Mayor of Kloster Lehnin, and Kevin Bolz, CDU, also visited the Grebsen team at the stand!
