Tenants and residents of ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee celebrated the annual fishing festival together. There were maritime delicacies, from fish sandwiches to trout and scampi pan, conjured up by chef Michael Sigmund and his team. Neptune (alias Sebastian Rohrmann from the childcare team) emerged from the waters. Once again this year, the god of the seas - and of Lake Strausberg! - did not miss the opportunity to baptise the new arrivals from service living and care with some muddy water. As Peter, the weather god, tirelessly „baptised“ the lawn in the facility's park, this year's fishing festival was celebrated in the restaurant from the very beginning. Hartmut Haker played shanties, sea shanties and folk songs on his ship's piano, clarinet and saxophone and got everyone involved. Those who didn't dance swayed, the atmosphere was great and everyone raved about the wonderful party for a long time!
