The Mayor of Senftenberg, Andreas Pfeiffer (CDU), recently visited the Senftenberg retirement home and warmly congratulated ProCurand on its 25th anniversary. In a relaxed atmosphere, the residents of the senior citizens' residence and the tenants of the serviced apartments enjoyed a cosy coffee break together with the mayor. A delicious plum cake was served, fresh from the in-house kitchen. Andreas Pfeiffer took the opportunity to chat to the residents and tenants. He personally welcomed the new arrivals to the ProCurand facility and spoke to those present about his work and current developments in Senftenberg. The senior citizens were particularly interested in upcoming investments and renovations in the town. The head of the town reported on planned construction projects, improvements to the town's infrastructure and measures to promote community life. Centre manager Yvonne Skowronek and care service manager Enrico Kaufmann were delighted with the mayor's visit. Yvonne Skowronek praised the mayor's commitment and emphasised how important it is for political representatives to maintain contact with older citizens and take their concerns seriously.
