In the ProCurandHavelpalais retirement home Things were magical in Potsdam recently! The magician Francesco Valentino from Heilbronn was our guest. His real name is Werner Graff. He worked as a professional magician for many years and now prefers to perform magic in retirement homes. He travels all over Germany. With a lot of charm and humour, he showed the residents card tricks and made objects disappear, including a wooden egg. Abracadabra, he made them reappear. The colleagues from the social care team were allowed to assist the magician. However, they were neither sawn up nor did they disappear, but fortunately they are all still there! „Francesco Valentino explained many a magic trick to us, but in the end he tricked us and made the team and residents laugh and got everyone involved,“ reports Marika Große, Head of Social Care, with a laugh. Everyone agreed that it was a really successful afternoon!
