Every last Wednesday of the month, the entire team from ProCurand Nursing home Pfarrer Lukas in Cham for breakfast together. The breakfast is sponsored and organised by the head of the facility, Laura Hewel. With this invitation, she says to her team: "It's great that you exist, thank you! The breakfast is attended by everyone who is on duty that day. Colleagues from administration, housekeeping, kitchen, cleaning, nursing, caretaking and support are there, as well as the management team, and something is always put aside for the late-night and night shift so that they don't go away empty-handed. At 10 a.m., everyone meets in the handover room and then we feast, talk, laugh and enjoy our time together. Appreciation goes through the stomach, great idea!
