The social care team from ProCurand Nursing home Pfarrer Lukas recently travelled with some residents to the senior citizens„ afternoon at the folk festival in Cham. They were actively supported by the new care service manager Christina Wanninger. A big thank you goes to her and to the taxi company Roland from Regen, which made it possible for the residents in wheelchairs to come along to the folk festival. The atmosphere at the Volksfest was great and everyone enjoyed their beer or shandy and their food. There were half chickens or currywurst with chips. Everyone really enjoyed the exuberant marquee atmosphere at the Volksfest. “Our residents are already looking forward to next year when it's "O zapft is" again," reports Nicole Roith, Head of Social Care, with a laugh.
