Every month, the ProCurand Senftenberg retirement home The first viewing days are organised for those interested in inpatient care and for potential tenants of serviced living. There is a small welcome drink and a coffee for everyone. Six visitors came in September. Doreen Schuckel from the administration department patiently answered all the important questions in the atrium and took contact details. The most frequently asked questions were about the expected costs and the possible move-in date. They also very often ask about the food on offer at the centre and whether fresh food is cooked. Another perennial favourite is the range of activities on offer. But also questions such as: Who is my contact person as a relative? What furniture can I bring with me? What is the medical care like? are very frequently asked and of course all answered. „Thanks to the viewing days, we have been able to generate a number of new move-ins and we also receive telephone enquiries every day. Our waiting list has filled up nicely,“ reports facility manager Yvonne Skowronek proudly.
