Some residents and tenants of ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee Recently, they took a trip to Willes Welt, a family park with a variety of animal shows. They marvelled at white lions, tigers, curious ring-tailed lemurs, camels, dromedaries, zebras, and the new stars of Willes Welt: the sea lions. The Strausberg residents were present for the big cat training. Some were born in Müncheberg and were lovingly raised by trainer Manuel Wille. Afterwards, everyone attended the sea lion show. Besides the entertaining performance, there was also interesting information about the way of life, origin, and diet of these impressive animals.
Everyone had a lot of fun feeding the goats. This trip was a special experience, and on the drive home to Strausberg, they raved extensively about the sea lion show. Resident Vera Bottke found: „This was the best trip we've had so far.“
