Once again this year, the employees of the two ProCurand senior citizens' residences took part in the Senftenberg and Gently by the lake a joint team event. As in previous years, the Senftenberg team had originally planned a bike tour. However, due to uncertain weather conditions, they decided to change their plans at short notice. Instead, this time it was bowling and schnitzel for everyone. Employees from administration, the kitchen, the nursing & care team and the in-house technicians took part.
The atmosphere was exuberant and relaxed right from the start. Everyone had one thing in mind when bowling: fun! It wasn't about winning, but about having a good time together. „And that was a good thing, because it turned out that it's not that easy to get all the pins to fall,“ says Yvonne Skowronek, head of the centre, with a laugh. Everyone did their best and in the end, everyone was a winner!
After bowling, everyone fortified themselves at the schnitzel buffet in the Tiroler Stadl. The selection was sumptuous and varied, so that all tastes were catered for. „The team event was a lot of fun for all of us and showed once again how important such joint activities are for team spirit. We are already looking forward to the next event - our Christmas party,“ says Yvonne Skowronek.
