The annual lantern parade of the ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Görnsee took place. This time, almost 40 residents, relatives and staff took part - some from Frei. The cheerful group paraded through the village, through the Wiesengrund, to the bakery and back along the main road with self-made lanterns. They were accompanied by music from the beatbox. „This is a route that everyone can manage. As in previous years, the atmosphere was very festive. Our parade has become a cherished tradition,“ says Juliane Rogazewski, head of the centre.
After the parade, everyone warmed up in the November weather with a mulled wine and a delicious bratwurst. Everyone agreed that it was a great afternoon.
