Recently there was a premiere in Strausberg: the team from ProCurand Day care Strausberg had its first team day. „Now that we are finally complete after more than a year, it was important to me to strengthen us as a team and bring us even closer together, and we succeeded,“ says Head of Nursing Nadine Fügemann. The team started the team day in an escape room. They had 60 minutes to escape the „crazy game maker“ from Strausberg and had to solve several puzzles along the way. This showed how well they worked together as a team. They laughed a lot, got scared and their heads were spinning.
Happy to have escaped, we went to an Italian restaurant together as a reward. The team rounded off the evening with a delicious meal and a glass of wine.
„My colleagues presented me with a wonderful gift with even more wonderful words out of gratitude that they had me as head of nursing. That made me so happy and was a moment I will never forget,“ says Nadine Fügemann.
Conclusion: A successful premiere. It was a wonderful afternoon and evening and will definitely be repeated!
