Traditional craftsmanship was used in the ProCurand Senftenberg retirement home Presented: A fascinating bobbin lace exhibition was put together in collaboration with tenant Angelika Sachs. Angelika Sachs showcased her impressive works and gave guests a small insight into the artful technique of bobbin lacemaking. „For many of us, the winter season is the perfect opportunity to delve into handicrafts and create small works of art with creativity and dedication. Mrs Sachs has shown everyone how valuable and calming this traditional skill is even today,“ says facility manager Yvonne Skowronek. Everyone enjoyed the culture and festive atmosphere. There was coffee, gingerbread, and mulled wine, and Angelika's husband Reiner Sachs played beautiful Christmas songs.
