Three members of the Halle Opera ensemble performed in the ProCurand Residence Am Hallorenring on. It was the first visit of tenor Robert Sellier, who was supported by Bart Berzansky on the piano. The musicians gave an insight into their artistic skills and sang, among other things, „Frühlingstraum„ from the romantic cycle „Winterreise“ by Franz Schubert (1797-1828). The large number of tenants from the residential care home and some guests from the day care centre were absolutely delighted. Everyone applauded the artists, and rightly so! The crowning finale was the joint singing of some well-known folk songs selected by the senior citizens. Among others, „Die Gedanken sind frei“ and „Ein Männlein steht im Walde“ were sung together. "The opera singers sing beautifully. It's amazing how quickly an hour passes with music. The ProCurand tenants would like to see a repeat performance soon," reports residence manager Melanie End.
