Balu, who isn't a bear but certainly lives up to his name with his laid-back nature, regularly visits our Strausberg facility with his owner Janett Timm. The Golden Retriever was trained as a therapy dog at the Zerberuz School. Proud as can be, Balu visits the residents and tenants in the living areas and brings pure joy into the home.
„It's no wonder Balu is always eagerly awaited, because no one can be as exuberantly happy as he is. He's a real heart-melter! Even those who aren't feeling particularly cheerful smile when they see him and his tricks!“ says facility manager Janin Tiedemann. Balu receives endless cuddles and more than a few treats for his efforts, a true win-win situation for everyone!
