Recently, the guests of the ProCurand Day care in Halle A very special visit: guinea pigs and rabbits provided a special kind of animal fun and „care“. The senior citizens were able to stroke and feed the animals, which was very popular with all the day care guests.
The animal guests from the „Kontakttierbar“ are used to visiting various homes and facilities and being surrounded by people. „It was the first visit to our facility. As it was so well received, we will be planning such encounters for our guests twice a year in future,“ says a delighted Nicole Schreiber, Head of Nursing at the day care centre.
This animal time-out made the day at the day care centre unforgettable!
