„Fog over the Müggelsee“ in Bölschestraße

Recently it became „legendary“ in ProCurand Bölschestraße Retirement Home Author Gertrud-Kati Pfau was a guest once again and read from her book „Nebel überm Müggelsee“ (Fog over Müggelsee), in which she reinterprets six Berlin legends. Residents and tenants listened with enthusiasm to the exciting stories. Gertrud-Kati Pfau also spoke about the creation of her book and offered insights into her work as a fairy tale therapist. „Old Berlin legends mostly date back to the Middle Ages and are often cruel and barbaric. I wanted to take the edge off the legends and make them more romantic and family-friendly,“ said the author. She has undoubtedly succeeded. The audience listened intently to the stories, and there were one or two laughs. The legends were well-received. Gertrud-Kati Pfau received plenty of applause and compliments such as, “You can tell she's doing this with all her heart.“
