„A heart for our ladies“ was the motto of this year's Women's Day at ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee. Each resident received a small, home-made work of art. Intern Ute Krüger diligently made little hearts with a treat in the centre beforehand. There was great joy, especially when entertainer Dirk Jütter set the mood with his songs from the 50s and 60s. Janin Tiedemann, head of the facility, gave all the residents a rose in honour of the day. Everyone enjoyed the celebration in bright sunshine and toasted with a glass of sparkling wine. Everyone agreed that it was a really nice Women's Day!
