A warm welcome to Eberswalde

And it was delicious too! In the ProCurand Eberswalde senior citizens' residence in Schorfheide recently welcomed many new colleagues. Centre manager Stefan Thieme welcomed them with a delicious breakfast. There were bread rolls, various cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables, desserts, juices and, of course, coffee. „It was important to me that our new colleagues felt comfortable and valued straight away. The atmosphere at the breakfast was excellent and everyone chatted animatedly,“ reports Stefan Thieme. The facility manager introduced everyone individually and wished everyone a good start. The new colleagues are: Jessica Fleischer and Heike Gerth, both receptionists, Franziska Streich, carer, Kathrin Schweidler, living area manager, Nicole Vormum, deputy care service manager and quality officer, and Philipp Ladanyi, head of social care. A new trainee care specialist also started and another new member will join the building services team on 1 May. Unfortunately, neither of them were able to attend the breakfast. Last but not least, Franziska Adam and Martin Sägebarth are returning to Schorfheide after a short absence. ProCurand is delighted for the Schorfheide team and wishes everyone a successful start!
