The team of the Senior citizens' residence Am Görnsee celebrated Easter together with the residents and around forty relatives - including children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The tables were decorated for Easter, with baskets containing home-coloured eggs, chocolate Easter bunnies and other Easter treats. The afternoon started with coffee and an impressive cake buffet. The highlight was the lovingly decorated, delicious Easter chocolate cake. But the other cakes - coconut cake, egg tart, plum cake, amaretto cake, cheesecake and fruit tart - were all delicious too!
We had a barbecue for dinner. We had bratwurst with pasta, potato, tomato, white cabbage and cucumber salad and grilled toast with herb butter. The music came from the speaker and the atmosphere was exuberant. „Everyone agreed that it was a very nice party,“ says Juliane Rogazewski.
