The management level of ProCurand Havelpalais retirement home and the Park Sanssouci senior citizens' residence at the Potsdam site met for lunch together. New colleague Tina Finger, deputy head of nursing services and quality officer at Hegelallee, was warmly welcomed to the team over a delicious meal. There was a lively exchange about the cooperation between the two locations - and about how joint resources can be utilised even more efficiently in future.
„We already work well together in many areas, such as building services and the kitchen. We want to further expand and deepen our cooperation, especially in the area of further training. These are to be offered in both Potsdam centres and attended and used by colleagues on a reciprocal basis. Our quality officers also want to exchange more information on this and plan the training courses together,“ explains Enrico Hennig, facility manager of the Havelpalais senior citizens' residence. Together, the two Potsdam locations are simply even stronger!
