In the ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee recently celebrated a special anniversary: Dietmar Heinitz has been part of the team for ten years now - even though he originally only wanted to stay for a year. After retiring, he was looking for a meaningful role and found one in security at the retirement home. The planned year turned into ten, during which he enriched the team with his reliability, commitment and warmth.
