Team Bölschestraße at the Social Day

The Lik (Life in the Neighbourhood) recently invited people to a social day on Friedrichshagen's market square. The Lik, specifically the specialist group of the psychogeriatric-geriatric network Treptow-Köpenick, has long been a valued cooperation partner of ProCurand. Seniors' Residence Bölschestraße. That's why facility manager Stefanie Böhnke, Denise Grytzka, Social Services, and Scarlett Tieke, Social Care, were naturally delighted to take part in the event. Numerous stands were set up on the Friedrichshagen market square, with everything to do with health, care and social participation. The three networkers presented the centre to passers-by. They took the opportunity to deepen contacts with other committed colleagues from the district, talk to network partners and find out about exciting projects. One particular highlight was the „Pfiff - Pflege in Familien fördern“ project. The programme is aimed at family carers, who are supported with practical knowledge and everyday tips. „This project strikes a chord with the times and is also valuable for the residence because those seeking advice can be referred in a targeted manner,“ reports Denise Grytzka. To summarise: it was an exciting day with lots of great encounters. It was particularly enriching - and certainly beneficial for (further) successful cooperation - to get to know the entire Lik team and the contact persons at the DRK clinics. „What remains from this day? The realisation of how important networking is! It is a social promise to be there for each other, to share knowledge, to build bridges. All the more important in a neighbourhood where people are getting older,“ says Stefanie Böhnke.
