At the end of July, the tenants from the ProCurand Bölschestraße senior citizens' residence The tenants organised an enjoyable barbecue afternoon together at the Vier Jahreszeiten restaurant. 29 of the 30 tenants accepted the invitation! Andrea Liebner, Head of Care Services, and Stefanie Böhnke, Centre Manager, were also present, making it clear that this is a place where community is lived!
The kitchen team put together a delicious buffet: barbecued food, lovingly prepared side dishes, fresh salads and little culinary surprises.
Special thanks go to them and to Julia Vollstädt, the restaurant manager, who, together with her team, created an atmosphere in which everyone felt welcome and cared for. The tenants enjoyed themselves and thoroughly savoured the afternoon. They laughed and talked a lot. „Many guests could hardly believe how lovingly everything was organised. Some even asked: How did we earn this? We answered them: Because you are worth it. Because attention and recognition are not something you have to earn, but a right,“ says Denise Grytzka from Social Services.
