Finally, it was time for the festival in Cham again! The town of Cham invited all senior citizens to the senior citizens' afternoon in the marquee. The social care team from ProCurand Nursing home Pfarrer Lukas Of course, not to be missed. They travelled – all in smart dirndls – with the residents. Thanks to Taxi Roland, which made it possible.
For 75 years, the Cham folk festival has stood for living tradition, a sense of community and an atmosphere that inspires thousands every year. The motto of the anniversary folk festival was „Anno Dazumal”. The residents really enjoyed the afternoon with hearty food and a pint of Radler. They swayed, laughed and clapped. „The conclusion of one resident was: even though the folk festival can be seen and heard from our facility, it's much nicer live there,“ says Nicole Roith, Head of Social Care. „It's always so touching to see how everyone beams with joy of living at such moments.“
