Recently, the newly elected member of the Bundestag Janina Böttger (Die Linke) visited ProCurand for the first time Senior citizens' residence Am Hufeisensee in Halle. She was elected to the Bundestag in the spring 2025 elections. Centre manager Ute Knauth showed the politician around the facility, the inpatient care and the serviced flats, and talked about the challenges she and her team face on a daily basis. It was a lively exchange. Janina Böttger would like to come back, work here and really get a taste of nursing care, for example by working a shift as an inpatient or accompanying her colleagues at Ambulante Pflege Halle on a tour. „Of course we will make this possible and look forward to the exchange in the coming years,“ says ProCurand policy officer Lars Düsterhöft.
