The Trainee Days 2025 were a great success. Two varied and active days centred around care-related and career-relevant topics. The event kicked off with speed dating. This allowed the trainees to make initial contacts and get straight into dialogue. The workshops focussed on resilience models and strategies for inner strength. The topic of healthy eating was also covered. Fresh and healthy snacks for shift work were created. The emergency management workshop was a particular highlight. The trainees learnt about the procedure in an emergency. First aid measures - for example in the event of a fall - were put into practice in a simulation. The workshops were followed by the Challengerooms. A sporting and mental task that the trainees successfully mastered together with facility manager Alexander Schulze and training officer Sabrina Stiebritz. The first day ended with a cosy meal together. The second day began with a welcome speech by Arnes Jasarevic, Managing Director of the campus. This was followed by a large reflection round in groups. Experiences, impressions and contents of the workshops were exchanged. At the end of the day, further care-related specialist topics were on the programme. Many thanks to all the trainees and participants who made these two days so lively and inspiring. Special thanks go to host Alexander Schulze and lecturers Janine Maier and Matthias Winkler.
