The colleagues at ProCurand Ambulante Pflege Lichtenberg are incredibly proud of care assistant Jennifer Broda! She was recently honoured as one of „The Best in Care“ in the banqueting hall of the Rotes Rathaus (Red City Hall). The Senate Department for Science, Health and Care awarded this accolade to 63 outstanding graduates from training for care professionals, training for care assistants, and nursing studies. „The Best in Care“ were celebrated together with their practical supervisors and teachers.
Not only were the graduates„ academic achievements awarded, but also their personalities. “Jennifer can really put herself in our customers' shoes and has a very strong sense of justice. She is also empathetic, responsible, meticulous and patient. We can only report good things and she more than deserves this award," enthuses nursing service manager Jaqueline Schulz. But that's not all: in 2027, Jennifer Broda plans to complete her training to become a registered nurse!
