„Nobody notices,“ he says, smiling. Heinz Göthel, who works in the ProCurand Seniors' Residence Bölschestraße lives, meaning his age: He has reached an incredible 100 years of age! His birthday began as a good day should: in good company. The celebration started already at breakfast. The team offered their congratulations, as did the residents of his living area. Later in the day, Maik Penn, a member of the House of Representatives, personally delivered his well wishes. This gesture was received with great joy, due to the appreciation it expressed.
But the day wasn't over yet. At the „Vier Jahreszeiten“ restaurant, Heinz Göthel was greeted with a celebratory reception: a glass of champagne and a delicious birthday cake lovingly prepared by the kitchen. Numerous colleagues came together to join him in a toast and congratulate him in person. Heinz Göthel received the good wishes with emotion and gratitude.

With a serenity that isn't indifference, but trust in life.
