Barrel organ, singing and lots of good cheer: In the ProCurand Senior citizens' residence Am Straussee In Strausberg, residents experienced a special coffee house afternoon with Berlin music and humour.
The guest was Leierkasten-Hans, the stage name of Hans-Norbert Gast from Rheinsberg. With old Berlin songs, folk songs and classical barrel organ sounds, he took his audience on a musical journey through time. In the decorated restaurant and in the living areas, people heartily sang along and swayed to the music.
Between the songs, Hans-Norbert Gast provided entertainment with humorous anecdotes and stories. With great charm and a twinkle in his eye, he repeatedly brought smiles to the listeners' faces.
The atmosphere remained exuberant until the very end. An encore rounded off the musical afternoon.
