Advice, guidance, support: the outpatient care team at the Am Krökentor senior citizens' residence in Magdeburg helps you to live independently in your own four walls for as long as possible. Our care services include basic and treatment care according to a doctor's prescription, including insulin injections and blood sugar monitoring. Our dedicated nursing staff take care of administering medication, putting on and taking off compression stockings and bandages and applying wound dressings professionally. Your personal needs, habits and wishes are always at the centre of our attention. The aim of our work is to maintain your independence, give you security and nurture your zest for life. It is just as important to us to relieve the burden on family carers. Our office and counselling rooms are located directly in the ProCurand senior citizens' residence Am Krökentor. One focus of our work is therefore the competent care of the tenants of our serviced flats We are in the same building and can therefore always be with you quickly! We are there for you 24 hours a day and are on hand to provide help and advice to customers and their relatives.
Our housekeeping and care services
The ProCurand outpatient care teams also provide domestic services such as making and changing beds, going shopping or preparing meals. We also offer care, accompaniment to doctor's appointments or joint walks. You decide what help and support you need and we will be happy to make you a personalised offer. Meeting centre for senior citizens at ProCurand Magdeburg
A special feature of the Magdeburg location of ProCurand is the meeting centre for senior citizens of all ages. We offer a varied, senior-friendly programme there every day. This includes care services in accordance with §45a (senior gymnastics), memory training, puzzles and handicrafts. We place great emphasis on joie de vivre: e.g. at sociable coffee mornings with like-minded people or at our carnival or Christmas parties and - if desired - on the birthdays of our senior citizens. We also regularly organise musical events, animal visits to the facility and excursions together.
